RUBRICS


These are the evaluation rubrics for the WAC - Writing Across the Curriculum assignments for AET 125 Architectural Drafting & Design. Please contact the instructor if you have any concerns about course assignment requirements.

A "rubric" is a device to quantify and clarify the criteria that will be applied to an assignment. Listed below are all the rubrics that will be applied to the different elements of the WAC course work. The rubric for the Thesis Statement will be used both by the students for the Peer Evaluations of the Preliminary Thesis Statement and by the instructor for the evaluation of the Final Thesis Statement.

 WAC Rubrics Brief Description
 Research and Analysis These are the criteria the instructor will use for the student's research and preliminary evaluation steps of the WAC assignments.

 Preliminary & Final Reports  These are the evaluation criteria for the both the preliminary and final style reports. It will be used by the students to evaluate each other's preliminary  thesis statements, and it will be used by the instructor to evaluate the student's final thesis statement.
